I don't agree with you friend/s on the "Harry being a horcrux" theory..I don't think it's likely that suicide will be a part of the series, at least not by having the main character commitimg suicide.

You don't know me, I usually post in the threads you start in the Chamber of Secrets forum. I love the threads you start, keep it up.

Oh, and your math was a little messed up. Since Voldemort was 16 50 years ago when Harry was 12, then he was 66 when Harry was 12. He was 70 when Harry was 16. I though he'd be younger too, but then again, wizards are supposed to live longer. And another piece of trivia, Hagrid is only 3 years younger than Voldemort, as he was 13 when Voldemort was 16.

What I HOPE is that harry's scar is a horcrux and like he just has to like...somehow kill it not him. I don't want Harry to die...but It's my guess he will. *wimper*

1) Dumbledore could have made a Horcrux himself, since he killed the dark wizard Grindelwald, and since it was for a good cause (so he could stay alive and help and protect Harry), he didn't become evil.

Voldemort killed with the intention of making Horcruxes and splitting his soul. Dumbledore had no such intentions (or so I think). Suppose he did : It would have been impossible for Snape to kill him...

2) HARRY could be one of Voldemorts Horcruxes.

At first I thought that was REALLY REALLY silly. Because : Why would Voldemort keep trying to destroy his OWN Horcrux???? But I guess maybe in the seventh book, Harry will figure out that he himself is a Horcrux (he may figure it out at the end of the book) and he may have to kill himself to destroy Voldemort. Because after he kills himself, he will have destroyed the sixth Horcrux, and the last, as Dumbledore said, is within Voldy himself, so Ron or Hermione may have to kill him. I think it's a pretty good theory, because there are lots of rumours saying Harry will die in the last book.

Just some thoughts...

Did you know that Harry Potter has been banned in certain American states for its reference to witchcraft.

And yes...write away Nina, whether it's on here or somehwere else. Putting things down helps you to sort out your own ideas about things. Poems stories and just stuff that interests you. Plus it's very creative and so I hope you dont stop writing stories. You got a thing about space by the looks of it...:) Take my advice though and don't get abducted.. the food's not very nice!

Hi Nina!
Well smarter people than me struggle with that question. Different religions all have different answers to it. The belief that you have something left when you body dies is what religion is all about. Your soul or whatever goes to a higher level is reincarnated...goes to Paradise or a higher plane.
Who knows for sure..? it is a matter of faith and what you personally come to believe in. I think what is left is the memory of you in the minds of those people who know you. And that you never truly die as long as there is someone with that memory. Because what you leave behind you are traces on the lives of the people around. You have affected their lives in some way. Therefore it is better to leave good memories.. than bad ones!
Thats what I think for what its worth!

You are supposed to put food in your mouth?? Darn it.. that explains why I have been so hungry all these years. Good job you mentioned it :) As for language.. their are lots of theories on that. I guess that different tribal groups learnt over time to associate common sounds with specific objects and actions and that this became more complex over the ages. Along with the use of symbols. It wasn't invented as such .. it just evolved.

Which was taken by Hubble and not Cassini. The Cassini probe took the fantastic pics of Saturns rings... which I have on my PC..at work! The European probe Mars Express has just discovered a giant patch of frozen water there so who
knows?? As for the tenth planet UB313.. it seems to be very cool indeed.. lol, I bet we will find a lot more of these now.

Check it out..Yeah its just too amazing. The idea that there is another "something" out side the Universe, I find is hard to get my head round, but Voyager is there!
As far as the "didn't see" bit is concerned.. that rhyme you wrote is a series of contradictory statements.. I was just adding one of my own lol. From your previous blog, it was interesting to see that this sorta stuff fascinates you. I know it does me! If you can.. have a look at the site. I would be interested to hear what you think.

Excellent. What would be really great is if you go and look.. sorta via the PC. I enjoy looking at the NASA website and the amazing images from the Hubble telescope and Cassini space probe. Funnily enough I have an amazing shot of Mars as my PC background. What is even more knockout is the fact that the Voyager probe has now reached the edge of the Universe itself.. Mind blowing stuff. As for life on another planet...? well OK .. so long as they can make a decent cup of tea!!

Lol well am glad your tests are going well. And what I meant was your opinions of things around you.. as I said films, music people etc... and apart from not knowing what you want to be.. the things that annoy you.. make you laugh. On the "not knowing" issue. Not many teenagers do know what they want to be, so I shouldn't worry yourself thatjust yet. You will work that out later as your interests develop and you discover the things you like doing best and what you are good at. These are the questions you need to be asking yourself first. The Sound of Music is a great musical... glad you enjoyed it. Are you not encouraged to take part in drama and stuff at school? Its true very scary .. but very rewarding too!

So let me get this straight... you have an inconsequential, boring but blissful life?...ERM OK then. Sounds fine from one point of view... a lot less stressful too. But exams/tests apart I don't believe that you have no opinions about ...films you have seen, songs you have heard people you have met and things happening around you... just not necessarily to you...for example.
I am a newcomer to this stuff and I wondered what I would do with it, but there are some very funny people on the blog who just make up their own stuff. Although I must admit that younger people do not seem to be that interested.. which is fair enough. The thing is, not to write just because you feel you ought to... but because you want to.... and most of all its because its fun.

No need to worry at all, I am 34 and have not decided yet either. My ambitions change all the time as well, because they can. Just make sure that you are true to yourself and have fun, while you try to focus on the most important thing in life: loving other people and that they love you back. Simple, but still so difficult.
